These Terms of Use explain the terms and conditions of this agreement between a user (“you”) and the Temp Mail service (“the Service,” “we”). By going to the Service or using it, you agree to follow these rules. Before using or getting into the Service, please read these Terms carefully. Please stop using the Service if you don’t agree with any of these rules.

General

We can’t and won’t promise that the materials on the Service website or on any other site linked to this Service are reliable or will last. The owners can take it down or stop making it available at any time without giving notice. All emails sent through the Service may or may not be viewable, can be changed, and can be seen right away by any system user. You agree to use the Service’s website to access its data.

Service Description

You can do the following for free with the Service.

Access the list of free domains; Make a new email address right away;
Use QR codes or copy to the clipboard;
Make new email addresses and/or delete old ones;
Change the names of the emails;
Get the source files (.EML) and any attachments;
automatically get emails and files attached to them;
Read emails and attachments that come in.

Acceptable Use

You agree and promise not to use the Service directly or indirectly to do anything illegal. You agree that any email you send to the Service, as well as any email you ask others to send, will become public once it gets into the Service system. You have no expectation that the content of an email will be kept private.

You promise not to use the Service’s public email system to get, keep, or look at emails that contain private or sensitive information. You know that we don’t have any control over what people put in their mailboxes.

You agree not to hold the Service responsible for any damage that could be caused by losing emails or the content of emails, breaking the device you use to read emails, or using the Service in a direct or indirect way.

You know that the Service can only be used to get emails, not send them. The Service is free and can handle millions of emails an hour. So, you know and agree that the Service can store emails for 1 to 2 hours and that the domains can be changed.

You agree that you won’t use temporary email addresses to set up important accounts or get sensitive information, since the Service won’t be able to bring back deleted domains or emails.

Disclaimer

The Service is given “as is,” with no explicit or implicit guarantees. We don’t promise that using the Service will give you the results you want or that it will be error-free, safe, or that you will be able to get to it at any time or place without interruption. We don’t guarantee that certain addresses or domain names will be in the Service, and we don’t store emails that have already been received.

Indemnification

You agree to protect the Service, its directors, officers, employees, partners, and agents from any and all liabilities, claims, disputes, damages, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, that may arise from or be related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.

When you use the service, you agree to its Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Changes

We reserve the right to change and update any part of these Terms of Use at any time and without notice, based on what we think is best. As soon as the changes are put on this page, they will take effect. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by the new terms.
